All stairs and handrail plans are done by our In-house detailers.

Standers to be followed by all Outside Steel detailing company

1) Only Texas based detailing company will be used.

2) Must provide samples of past work PDF or 24x36

3) Large Projects may required you to provide progress reports

4) There will be a 50% retainer on new detailing companies.

5) There will be a 20% retainer afterwards.

6) Must use AutoCad or 3D modeling software,. No drawn by hand.
